Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role (at least 2 years)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations including inventory and sales reporting
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to enhance store performance
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
We are seeking a skilled Windscreen Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and replacing automobile windscreens with precision and care. The role involves providing onsite and workshop services, ensuring safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged windscreens to determine repair or replacement needs
- Repair small cracks and chips using specialized resin and tools
- Remove and replace damaged glass while ensuring proper sealing and fitting for safety
- Handle adhesives, primers, and weatherproofing treatments correctly
- Perform windscreen tinting and polishing services as required
- Provide door-to-door service and coordinate with insurance claims when applicable
- Maintain tools, work areas, and documentation accurately
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and safety precautions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a windscreen specialist, auto glass technician, or similar role
- Knowledge of glass repair and replacement techniques and safety standards
- Good manual dexterity and mechanical skills
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred for mobile service work
