Windscreen repair starts from RM50 for minor chips and cracks. Replacement pricing varies by vehicle make and model: BYD models (RM225-RM300), standard sedans (RM375-RM750), premium vehicles (RM1,200-RM6,000+). Prices include quality tint film and installation labour. Interest-free installment plans are available for customers.

Windscreen2U provides a lifetime workmanship warranty for double-layer windscreen installations. This lifetime warranty covers the following issues:

1. Loose or detached windscreen sealant/adhesive.
2. Water leakage from the windscreen frame area.
3. Windscreen cracking without any external impact or force.

Windscreen2U is a registered panel workshop partnered with over 21 major insurance providers including Allianz and Etiqa. As a recognized insurance panel workshop, Windscreen2U allows policyholders to claim windscreen damage without paying upfront repair costs and without needing to submit police reports at panel workshops.

Required documents for windscreen insurance claims for private vehicles:

1. Insurance policy.
2. Owner’s IC (front and back).
3. Owner’s driving licence (front and back).
4. IC and driving licence of the second driver (if applicable).
5. Road tax.
6. Vehicle registration card (grant).

Please ensure all the above documents are submitted before the windscreen replacement process. Failure to provide complete documents may result in an unsuccessful claim. Please ensure the driving licence is still valid. Both the licence and vehicle grant can be downloaded via the JPJ mobile application.

Windscreen claim procedure:

1. The insurance claim submission will only be processed after the windscreen replacement has been completed.
2. Customers are not allowed to make any changes to their insurance policy details or sell/transfer the vehicle within 30–60 days after the windscreen replacement, as this may affect the approval of the claim.
3. The policyholder or second driver must fully cooperate with the insurance company or adjuster if contacted during the assessment process, for verification and claim approval purposes.

The windscreen replacement usually takes around 3–4 hours to complete.

Please note that there is no fixed time guarantee, as it depends on the number of vehicles in the queue at the branch when you arrive. If there are other cars being serviced, you may be asked to wait for a while.

Windscreen2U offers door-to-door service for selected areas, requiring booking 2 weeks in advance.

Service requirements:

1. Covered parking space and power plug point (required for rear windscreen replacement).
2. RM200 service charge (for distances under 50km) for cash payments.
3. FREE service charge for insurance claim customers.

Windscreen replacement prices do not include tinting. Tinting services start from RM180.

For premium heat-resistant tinting, the price is RM280.
